Michael J. Schwartz is the founder and managing partner of Schwartz & Company, LLP a Certified Public Accounting firm established in 1991 with offices in New York City, New York; Bellmore, New York and Boca Raton, Florida.
Mr. Schwartz currently serves as CFO to a select number of private equity firms that have assets under management in excess of 3 billion dollars. In addition, Mr. Schwartz is a member of several advisory boards for both private and non-profit companies and is a member of the School of Business Board of Advisors for one of New York’s leading Universities.
Mr. Schwartz holds a Bachelor Degree in both Accounting and Education from City University of New York, a Masters Degree in Taxation from C.W. Post Long Island University and a Masters in Education of Science from the City University of New York.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
